    EVERY time I come to this sonic, I wait an INSANE amount of time. It’s so ridiculous. Customer service is also sub par. No one has a work ethic these days. Sad.

    Been there several times, seems to get worse every time. Waited over 30 minutes this time for milkshakes only to find out they were out of oreos for one of them we ordered. The 3 we did get weren't even all the way full, definitely will not go back.

    I’ve came through on numerous occasions and either ordered delivery or got a order through the kiosk and like every third trip there’s been an issue either I get ice cream sonic blast that aren’t filled up all the way slushy made incorrectly or just food that isn’t made right and when I have it delivered, I can’t just re-order it. I’ve also came by on numerous occasions and it’s been 1520 sometimes even a half an hour before they close and they close early and one instance it was a full hour almost that they were closed early. I get that their staffing issues and a lot of different fast food change but if you can at least put out a phenomenal product every time at least stay open for all of business. I literally came through a few months ago and it was like 30 minutes before close and I asked for a sonic blast, and they had stated that I couldn’t have one because they had already started breaking down and cleaning the machine I get you don’t want to stay late. I used to work in fast food myself, but it really inconveniences the consumer When you show up for a product and you can’t get it not because the machine is broken or there’s an issue with it but because you wanted to do your after clothes cleaning early so you could leave earlier. And when it was brought to the attention of a manager, it was basically just brushed off. I’m not one to give very many reviews of places, but seeing that this is a reoccurring issue I thought I would leave this review.

    The amount of time you have to wait to get a DoorDash order is insane. It’s every single time I come here. I sat at a stall waiting for someone to answer the button for the minutes and have been here over 25 and still haven’t got the order. It really interferes with time and gas and it’s very inconsiderate. It was a small order, one drink a chili cheese dog, and a medium tot. Not much at all. It’s not any different on days I come to get myself food. Please do better sonic
