  Never been inside so I can’t judge their inside fr, but they turn off their online ordering to where it says problem processing your payment information. If you can’t order online after a certain time it should be known on your website. The food is fine, just bs a service is advertised that clearly isn’t available. This is the 3rd time we’ve tried ordering from this location is the only reason I’m even leaving a review, 5 different forms of payment all with sufficient funds to cover a 50 dollar order, all transactions denied 🤦🏼‍♀️ Dominos it is 🍕

  I really loved Papa Johns and I am one of the avid customers. Today, i am very disheartened as I stood up in front of the cashiers counter completely ignored. I read the pamplete menu right in front of the register and hoping i could start my order. I was still ignored. The attendant was just in front of me did not even bother to ask a potential customer after glancing at me for barely a second. I was not just standing for a few minutes, i was standing im front of the cashier "for a very long time and were I was the only customer." Customer Service in this place is terrible. The cashier in the register by anymeans does not care at all for the customers coming in. I felt like I was ignored because of my race or because of how i looked. I saw the workers laughing as I went out the door. I decided to go to Dominos now and I feel happier.

  2 times in a row i’ve ordered pizzas from here with well done bake, and both times have barely been cooked. the bottom of the pizza is almost white. just because the crust has color doesn’t mean it’s done. do better, seriously.

  Not worth it. My bf and I ordered an Alfredo pizza with EXTRA sauce on it on the app and when it arrived the pizza has ZERO sauce. When we called the manager she told us there wasn't a name under the order even though we could see the name on the app and his phone number. Never again will we get pizza from here! If I could give zero stars I could.

  Tonight, Evan made one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted. The crust was the right thickness and baked to perfection. In addition, the toppings were fresh and the sauce was just the right amount. Hereafter, I will order the same pizza. Thanks to the Papa John’s staff in Radcliff, KY 40160.
