    This is actually the worst mcdonalds ive ever been to. It took 15 minutes to get 3 meal deals and we were missing nuggets. When we finally got our food we were waiting for 5 minutes at the front trying to get anyone's attention so we could get our drinks. This mcdonalds never checks the paper for drinks, they just hand out the food. I work at the busiest mcdonalds in etown and its genuinely so much faster, even when were packed. Their work ethic is embarrassing.

    I visited this McDonald’s this morning around 10:30 AM and had a very disappointing interaction with an older woman wearing a gray shirt who was working the counter. I accidentally accepted the wrong meal in the drive-thru, but as soon as I realized it, I went back inside, apologized, and handed the food back. Instead of acknowledging the mistake calmly, she looked visibly annoyed, tossed the bag toward me, and said, “You can just keep it,” before walking away. I had my toddler in my arms, and the way she threw the bag was completely uncalled for. I want to be clear: I wasn’t trying to keep someone else’s order, and I wasn’t looking for anything free. I simply came inside to make it right. No one deserves to be treated rudely for an honest mistake. I’m not asking for compensation — I’m asking that management address this behavior and provide training on kindness and customer service. People make mistakes, and it should never result in having a bag tossed at them out of frustration. This experience was unacceptable and needs attention.
