  Horribly long wait. Service was slow and not polite. They were short and unhelpful. Staff was standing around and not doing anything. Staff even were outside vaping instead complaining about customers and needing to wait. Sitting here 45 minutes now and watching this.

  If I could rate lower then I would. This is the worst McDonald's location I've ever been to. The management obviously doesn't know how to manage. Extremely long wait times, always something messed up with the order, and then if you have small kids don't go. They randomly throw some toy in from months previously.

  while the staff is generally friendly enough to make it correct once prompted. our orders are almost always wrong. 2/10 orders being fully correct would be probably close to accurate. we have actually started driving 20 minutes down the road to E TOWN just to order and actually get the food we wanted. unfortunate.

  Every time we use the drive through and I mean EVERYTIME (3/3) we end up getting out the car and getting the food from inside because it just takes too long. I’ve been patient with this location but today topped everything. We waited 30 min for our food then when I got in and told them, they hand me a bag with only half my order and wanted to turn around and walk away until I stopped them and demanded the rest of my order. They don’t have it together in there and it s getting old.

  Asked for oatmeal with extra fruit and repeated myself 2 times to make sure he heard me and asked did you get that he said yes. Got my order with extra Cream and I am lactose intolerant and needed to eat something on my way to work. I understand if your new or cant hear me at the drive thru and dont mind waiting or repeating myself as long as order is right. With no spoon or no napkins or even apples for the oatmeal just a bag of raisins. When the order comes with 1 packet of apples and raisins I should have 2 packets of both raisins and apples (when I asked for extra fruit) I didnt eat before work, I am lactose intolerant and always suffered with low blood pressure since I was a kid. Sincerely an unhappy customer
