  We love Dutch brothers me and my husband go just about everyday! I love trying all the seasonal and secret menu items. I usually try something new every time and I have yet to be disappointed in a drink!

  This was our first ever experience at a Dutch bros and we will most likely not ever be returning. We ordered our drinks ahead in the app, and planned on tipping with cash in person. That is until we showed up at 12:07pm (had it scheduled for pick up at 12) and drinks were not ready; which is fine. That’s not what this is about. But all of the workers inside on 2/25 then started shouting once my husband went up to the window to get our drinks, look at him, and shout behind her “did anyone make the order that didn’t tip?” They then continued to shame and belittle the order with no tip but “at least they ordered ahead of time.” It was appalling. We shoved our cash tip back in our pocket because we are not going to support entitled behavior. The blatant disrespect and behavior was enough for us to not return. Tips are optional for a place that quite literally has little to no service. They don’t serve tables. They don’t interact for longer than 2 minutes. It’s an hourly paid job. I really hope they get some sort of education on what a tip is, and how to realize cash tip is an option that some people do so they don’t have to take tax out of it; therefore giving them more. So people, if you don’t tip through the app or at all, just know all the workers are talking trash and making sure you hear it 🖤 Drinks were good though, so at least there’s that.

  Why would you build a parking lot you can’t get out of? The service at this place is so incredibly slow I could have had a sit down meal while I waited for my coffee. Like 4-5 minutes per vehicle at a drive thru for a coffee place can’t be considered acceptable. Tastes fine but it certainly isn’t special enough to endure this kind of wait.

  Don’t go here unless you have at least 30 mins to waste. The parking lot was not designed properly and you will be trapped waiting on the slow service. I have never seen such slow service at a coffee place. And they have the drive thru collapse to one lane when they can have an employee walk drinks out to the second lane just like 7brew does. Avoid this location at all costs, just go to Starbucks a quarter mile down the road and save yourself the time and hassle.

  Umm no. This location is not it at all. It is absolutely absurd to make your employees stand outside in dangerously cold temperatures without any sort of heating. You also do not switch your employees out every 30 minutes as you are supposed to. Corporate Will Notified As Well As the Labor Cabinet. The Coffee is definitely not that good to have your employees out in the cold like you do. Other Dutch Brothers that I have been to provide these heating boxes for their employees. The location is also terrible and parking is ridiculous. Get it together.
