  Just another restaurant in Radcliff that is going to go out of business, arrive 10 minutes early to get a quick coffee before they closed, all the lights are on even the drive-thru However when I went inside we are turned away and the tenant told us that it was closed. As money stores that have come and gone in Radcliff in the last few years because of customer service, you can chalk another one up here shortly. I like dunkin' donuts and their products however they don't want to serve me I have no business being there. So we frankly left and went to McDonald's to get our coffee.

  It's good to have them in the area, friendly people but it feels a little disorganized, not enough experience yet, but they will get there, and I don't mean that in a bad way, they always have a smile on their face, they are friendly, but by noon, I don't think you'll find the donut that you want because they will be out. It could be better, and I think they will get there.

  Wish I never came here in the first place. I started noticing issues after my kids had already begun eating, which made the whole experience even more upsetting. I normally cook at home, but this morning I just didn’t have it in me, so I stopped at this location and honestly, never again. The environment felt sketchy from the moment I pulled into the parking lot. The bacon and hash browns had odd colors that did not look safe. And the worst part? Two donuts in the box looked like they had been bitten. 🤢 That is completely unacceptable for any establishment, especially one serving families. I should’ve checked reviews beforehand😭I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning. And the worst part everything listed to even contact corporate is a fail. Shut this place down for retraining or hire staff who actually are in the spirit of serving not there for solely a check.

  If I could give this place zero stars, I would when we went in there were three employees behind the counter none of which acknowledged we were standing there. Then sat around and joked around with each other and still ignored us standing at the counter. We ended up walking out and going to Starbucks worst place ever. They really need to be careful who they hire for employees. It’s a poor reflection on the company

  Ordered the Wicked donut tray and two hashbrown cups via mobile order. Arrived and waited 10 mins for the person to even come on the speaker, told them I had a mobile order and they asked me to pull to the window. Once at the window, I was handed one hashbrown cup and was told have a great day. Told them, no I have 2 of these and the wicked tin of donut holes. Guy seemed annoyed, closed the window and came back with the tin shown in the photos. Paid $10 for this. Also, had to mention a second time that I needed another hashbrown cup to complete my order. Guy said "yeah, I know", closed the window again and came back like 3 mins later and asked me to pull up to the second window. Sat another 5 mins for him to bring me this hashbrowns. Not impressed with the quality of the items I purchased nor the service I recieved. Also the bacon on the hashbrowns was completely black and burned. Really disappointed since this is such a new location and typically new locations actually try. Don't think I'll be visiting this one again and I don't recommend it. Threw the donut holes away because they were as dry and hard as they look in the photo. Lame.
