  The worst Dunkin donuts I have ever had! Could not make a dunkalatte? Could not make a regular coffee with cream n sugar? Will not be going back. 1 star only to rant.

  I ordered coffee, sausage croissant and two Bavarian custard filled donuts. The donuts I got are filled with some kind of chocolate cream, definitely not what I ordered. The staff was friendly but I verified twice that the donuts were filled with custard and that's not what I got.

  I’ve gone since it has opened it’s always short staffed and takes 10-15 to receive on drink usually even when not busy. Today I walked in cause one car was in the drive thru and I waited 10 minutes when I entered two people working but one wasn’t trained. Waited an additional 10 minutes and then a woman in the lobby talked about the “alternative half time show” and how much better it was than the bad bunny performance thought she was customer cause she was in the lobby with her kid only to see her go behind the counter NOT IN UNIFORM not to help but get herself something. Never coming back to this place the customer service is bad but the racism yea im good! I’m Puerto Rican and I knew what she was trying to make me feel unwelcome. Do better.

  Today was my second time visiting Dunkin And both times I’ve been pretty pleased. Got the loaded hashbrowns two days in a row and they didn’t disappoint. The only reason I gave four stars for the food was because yesterday they forgot my fork not a huge deal though. The coffee was pretty good, good enough to make me go for a second day in a row And the staff is pretty nice as well. The manager was pretty cool. I think they said his name was Sam. I apologize if I’m wrong and the staff is friendly. Overall, good experience

  I went to Dunkin' on 1/30/2026 and order 1/2 dozen donuts for my sons bday. After getting home, I noticed that 2 of the chocolate glazed donuts were missing. I could not find a number so I turned to Facebook and found the GM, Tara Fancher. I messaged her through Facebook and she immediately offered to replace the ENTIRE 1/2 dozen with any donuts we chose. I was ESCATIC about the offer and the exceptional customer service. She then stated that the Radcliff Dunkin crew wishes my son a happy birthday. So I then noticed my mistake - I am in TN not KY. I profusely apologized about my mistake and acknowledged her willingness to rectify the issue without batting an eye. Her offer still stood if we were in KY - however that's about a 2 hour drive but again I thanked her. Customer Service here seems to be a top priority and you don't find that a lot anymore these days. If we ever pass through; I hope to stop and Dunkin and say hi to Tara.
