- MKMaddi KayMar 27, 20261.0We waited for 10 minutes for a caramel macchiato. When I finally got my coffee, the expresso tasted completely burnt. The lady that answered when we called said that "it's supposed to taste burnt." as if I've never had a caramel macchiato before and don't know what they're supposed to taste like. I'm just gonna stick with Starbucks where my caramel macchiato doesn't taste like the bottom of a public park barbecue grill.

U can go in the afternoon and they dont have doughnuts. Workers on the phone with the drive through window open. There for awhile it was nice. But here recently it has went down hill. I ordered ice coffee 1 time and they gave me hot coffee in a cup and added ice and water. It was gross and they knew they messed up and instead of asking another worker there to make it they told me it was free. I didnt even want it cause it was gross.

I also ordered a sprinkles doughnut and I got a normal glazed doughnut so I had called and they said they would remake my order for me. OK cool I come back today. They got the donut correct but once again my coffee isn’t sweet. I am glad that they were willing to replace it and remake it, but the fact that I paid for extra stuff to make it sweet is what I’m mad about and needless to say I will not be coming back
