  The young little white boy at the drive-thru during lunch acts like he's scared for anybody to see his face and hides behind the window it's weird. And they're always forgetting something

  It started out bad but it ended on a good note! I placed a mobile order and did a curbside pickup. Waited 15 minutes and ended up calling the store and they came out just a few minutes later. 2 drinks were missing but she went in to get them and apologized for the long wait on the food. They ended up giving us 2 extra fries, upgraded the size of 2 fries we had ordered and gave us an additional 4 piece nugget. After leaving we realized we did not get any of the almighty sweet n sour sauce. We drove back, and waited in the drive thru line another 6-7 minutes or so and asked for 6-7 sweet n sour sauces and a refill on my small Coke because I had already finished it. I straight up asked the dude at the window if he could hook it up with a shamrock shake because of the near 35 minute ordeal to have all the food in my possession. Thankfully he said yes and he hooked it up with a large. Overall they took a long time and recognized that and hooked it up so much they forget the sauces. Thankful for this McDonald’s and the kindness to make things up when they don’t go smoothly as we’d like! And if you don’t have the McDonald’s app yet, you should get it immediately!!’

  I go here regularly and generally they get it right. Once in a while they will give me someone else’s order or a sweet tea when I order an unsweetened but 9 out of ten times it’s good and right.

  Just picked up some food for my daughter. William was at the service window again and he was his usual polite, quick professional self. Had to give some praise.
