  It’s a busy Saturday at lunch time and this poor worker was scheduled by himself. Orders backed up with more orders being placed back to back. Line out the building and backed up drive through. THERE IS NO WAY ONE PERSON CAN DO THIS BY THEMSELVES. Whoever is in management was not being fair, they should’ve had to come into work today too. This is just wrong

  I went in at prime lunch time on a Saturday and the manager only must have scheduled 1 worker because he was by himself and was loaded up with online orders, drive through, and line inside. This should not be allowed. You cannot and will not be able to have efficient and quality business if you are only working one man. Bless his heart, he tried his best but you can only do so much by yourself. This looks awful for this establishment and its management.

  I think we have different definitions of toasted. Pretty sure they had the oven off. My cheese wasn't melted, all the meats are ice cold and bread hasnt seen an oven since yesterday. For 20 bucks youd think you could get it right.

  I am currently in Princeton Ky subway the ONLY guy working has 4 in front of me then me and 5 more after me and two just walked out then the 6 he has from the app that have come through while I’ve been standing here it's absolutely ridiculous that he is alone but know this he hasn’t stopped he’s being polite to everyone conversing with us all apologizing for being alone which can’t be his fault the cameras need to be checked out and compensate this employee that’s all there is to it Excellent experience but not because of subway thank you Brandon

  Went there to get 2 12 inch subs we did Drive-through option one of them was supposed to be a BLT sub with no tomato supposed to have cheese, lettuce, pickle, and chipotle sauce on it have the sandwich didn’t have pickles and the other one was supposed to be a black forest ham with everything on it besides jalapeño peppers, spinach, and onions. The sauce on it was supposed to be ranch, but they put mayonnaise on it. Instead the staff was friendly and sweet, but they made the wrong kind of mistakes on our sandwiches
