After Christmas shopping I ordered my two toddlers happy meals on the app. We pulled up gave our code. They had 1 car pulled ahead of us, they pulled us to spot 1 and then about 10 minutes later pulled another car up beside us. Maybe 2 minutes later that car got their food, a couple of minutes later the first car got their food. 20 minutes, 20 minutes we sat waiting on two 6 of kid meals. Finally my teenage daughter went in because I have a broken foot and got their food but just like other times we've had issues, they acted like it was an inconvenience. I'm fine with waiting, I get it, we all work in food, but 20 minutes for 12 nuggets and 2 small fries? Come on.

They gave me the wrong order (my order was 2 plain double cheeseburger large fry no salt) they handed me a bag and said “they’re just Wrapped like mcdoubles, they’re not actually mcdoubles… They are double cheeseburgers” OK… I took his word for it but Lo & behold I get home and I find out that It’s two mcdoubles with everything and salted fries. So I call and the lady has an attitude over the phone. I had to ask for a solution instead of her, offering one. I bring the food back and re ordered my food and wait again For them to get the size wrong of the fries 🙃 i literally can’t win here and the girl behind the counter looked miserable. I know it’s not a fun job but at least freakin TRY
