  The worst, food is zero quality, never warm, always undercooked, terrible customer service, Every. Single. Time, don’t waste your money.

  The one single time I called was a manager who picked up in which I immediately heard "What's wrong now?" from an employee in the back. The Pizza looked like no cheese was on it whatsoever. So she told me that she watched them make it and that the white sauce mixes with the cheese to look the same. I get off the phone and I scrape the sauce off a little and...there was no cheese, it was just sauce. The manager gaslit me to get me off the phone. It was the only time I had a problem and I wasn't even being rude. It's one thing if I was being rude about it but I was just pointing it out and asking for a remake of it. Haven't ordered since. Same thing with Taco Bell, they were extremely rude with me the entire time I was on the phone immediately from the get go. I get it, fast food is difficult, I worked it but I don't gaslight and get a negative tone with customers who just want their orders corrected. Your food is way too expensive to not make it up to the customer if you get it wrong. It's not a crime to not want your hard earned money to be wasted. Take your attitude out on the customers that deserve it.

  We ordered a pizza and cinnamon rolls. We spent over $40 for this meal to split between 2 people. We usually love their pizza. This pizza was a thin crust New York style. Somehow it was still so undercooked it was inedible. Same with the cinnamon rolls. It was still so doughy we were literally scared to eat it. On top of that- our delivery driver informs us of his OWN FREE WILL that he has an e- coli infection!!! If I was unfortunate enough to have this problem, I don’t believe I would be sharing that information and I definitely wouldn’t be delivering someone’s meal to them and sharing this information!!! Can anyone say “ I want a refund!”

  My dad wanted a personal pan pizza so I called and it took 15 minutes to place the order after being on hold. I go to pick up the order and the store was packed with people. I only saw 2 workers. One that waited on one customer and then he told the guy boxing up the food he was leaving for a delivery and would be back soon. Mean while several customers kept coming in and the young guy left alone trying to load the food in the box’s would on occasion wait on customers but in no order. I had been there 15 minutes standing, my order was ready and he’d take care of people who had just walked in. Finally after about 20 minutes I spoke up and he handed me my pizza. An older couple who was there when I got there had told me they had waited 30 minutes just to place an order. When the young man gave me my pizza, I told him about this older couple who had been waiting so long to order. The worker was courteous and trying to take care of things but he was young, over whelmed and red faced from stress. This business really needs to do better about taking care of their customers and their workers by hiring enough help.
