I don’t blame them for that, but I do blame them for not picking up their store phone and basically telling me when I was finally able to come in that it’s not their problem and they don’t care if my food has been sitting out for hours! Don’t order from here and expect them to answer their phone they will always say they are busy even with only one table occupied! Have sent my experience to corporate as well.

Thos isn't the first time this has happened either. I wanted catering done for a wedding of 145+ people and no one answered the phone. If you don't answer then don't know how many events yall have lost out on. I will take business else where.
