  Disappointment off the charts! Spoke with the general manager, Benjamin today, and was met by a standoffish dismissive individual. I explained that the last several times I've come in, long after the lunch rush, the dining room was filthy. He responded with a simple okay, and then walked away without saying anything further. He seems way in way over his head, and this is not a general opinion, at one time I managed 12 taco bells. Beyond the filthiness of the restaurant, both in front of the line and behind, is also the fact that basic items have been out on repeated occasions. No diet pepsi, other soda sryups, and even no mild sauce, which is one of the most essential Staples of the operation. Whoever owns this location, should seriously consider reviewing Benjamin and his competencies. You've only been opened a very short time, and already have an incredibly poor Google rating. This does not speak well of how you are up ramping to a mature location. The owner needs to get on this quick, or you going to start losing more customers and more money. Benjamin needs to go, or be retrained by the regional manager.

  Literally paid 28$ for basically burned empty tortillas. Also ordered a large nacho fries and this is what I received

  This place has given horrible service i have tried multiple times to go here but they have messed my order up and when I told them it wasn't right they gave attitude so bad I ask them to just refund my money they practically threw my money at me. I do not recommend this one.

  Was parked eating my food an some young boy came over an asked why I was taking so long that I've been there to long an I was scaring the employees cause I was setting in the parking lot almost over to pizza hut , an I still scared the employees this place is garbage the food was very bad go some where else don't eat here

  Every time I’ve come to this Taco Bell , their systems are down or they won’t answer at the speaker at all, I pulled up at 12:15am on a Saturday thinking they didn’t close till 2am like it says , but no one would take our order , you would think with it being new they would be trying to keep customers.
