  I’ve been there several times and eveytime I go they mess up. I once got a grilled cheese burrito which was cold and nasty. Went back to give it a second chance and I asked for meat and cheese only in my burrito no beans and then they proceeded to give me beans and cheese only lol. Food is typically cold and nasty and they got my order wrong a couple times I went.

  My order was made wrong and I believe the gentleman's name was Matthew he was very respectful and had no problem making my order right and even gave me some nachos for the meas up we need more people in fast food like Matthew he was truly a great guy

  I went inside the dinning room and looked at the menu for a few mins a soon as I came in I was greeted by the manager on the drive threw line when I was ready he came to the front and took my order and gave me my freezie it was a little unfrozen so I asked for a new one and he gave me a new one and he apologized to me for it and when I got my food he gave me 2 cinnamon buns for the inconvenience my food was right and I feel he did a great job I looked at my receipt and it said his name was Matthew D

  I had a great experience at this Taco Bell thanks to the night shift manager, Matthew D. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and that customers were taken care of. Even during late hours, he kept things running smoothly, stayed positive, and made sure the service was fast and accurate. You can tell he truly cares about his job and about giving people the best experience possible. It’s rare to see that level of dedication, especially on night shifts. Because of Matthew, this location stands out, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work!

  Today my husband and😭I stopped by there for lunch. They were very busy! Bobbie was not only trying to take care of customers she was also preparing orders . The drive thru had several people working. Not 1 of them offered her help. Not only was she multi tasking and doing it all. But 4 customers walked out. I think it's a shame when you have a great employee that truly cares about her job, and is treated so poorly. Whenever we've ate there she has been nothing but friendly and always happy. She keeps the lobby spotless. Taco Bell you should be ashamed.
