  Have tried place dining room, take out, and drive thru, receiving much faster service through the drive thru. The food seems to be made FRESH, and the staff are busy minded, but generally friendly. They typically have SPECIALS, so make sure and ask. If you're a veteran let them know, and depending on the employee your discount will be 5%-10%. Not sure why there is a variance in discount, and perhaps it's a training issue. Lovely location overlooking the Cumberland River, so stop by, and see what you think!

  Do yourself a favor and either go to the Arby’s in Middlesboro or make your way on up to a different one anyone but here I’ve been giving this place a chance for over a decade occasionally I’ll stop in. I’ll grab some things. See if they’ve gotten any better but they haven’t. They’re not clean they make you wait forever. The portion sizes aren’t what they should be way less and honestly there it will make you sick eating here but now if you go down the road to Middlesboro, it’s quite possibly one of the best Arby’s that you could ever eat at so just do yourself a favor and if you’re in the mood for Arby’s and you’re in this area, just go onto the next town. It’s only like 10 minutes away because this place is just absolute

  The staff there were exceptional. They were quick to get the food done, didn't miss anything, and were amazing with there customer service.
