  I’m a big fan of McDonald’s so I will always give it 5 stars. I did have a tough time my last time I was here though. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Big Mac, large fry, a Diet Coke, two apple pies, a double cheese burger, and a fillet of fish. They ended up leaving out my fillet of fish so I went back through. By the time I got to the speaker I already ate my two sandwiches so I ordered a quarter pounder with extra cheese another Big Mac. I ate my fries going to the window and two of the apple pies. I got the rest of the food and circles back around for more fries. I ended up getting two large fries and another drink because I drank mine and ate another burger. I cycled through two more times. I think it is wrong of them to make you purposely wait on food to then make you spend more money on an endless loop. It was really good though

  Misleading hours and poor communication. I visited the Cassidy Blvd location at 10:30 PM on 2/28/26 to pick up a mobile order. Although the door states they are open until midnight and the app says 11:00 PM, the staff informed me they closed at 10:00 PM. I had to cancel my paid order and request a refund. It is disappointing that the posted hours are not being honored or updated. A simple sign explaining an early closure would have gone a long way. I won't be rushing back to this location anytime soon.

  wrong order. no ketchup. if you dont want to work on christmas, dont work food service.
