    ​"Extremely disappointed with the service today. I placed a $30 order and was very specific about needing the items plain (meat and cheese only) because of food sensitivities in my family. ​Despite the simple request, the order was prepared incorrectly with all the extra toppings. Our power was out and we were looking for a quick, safe meal; instead, half the family couldn't eat at all. When a customer mentions food reactions/sensitivities, 'simple' instructions should be followed for safety. Total waste of money

    By far the worse Taco Bell I have ever went to. Waited in the lobby for 40 mins after placing an order on the mobile kiosk to not be acknowledged the entire time as I watched everyone who came before and after me leave with their order. Wasted my entire hour lunch there. I would rate 0 stars if that’s an option. Understaffing was not an issue just a problem with efficiency and lack of caring. Would also like to note i’m visibly pregnant, but it’s not just the hormones talking. I would drive 2 hours if i could to another Taco Bell just to avoid this one.
