But, sadly, there has to be a line drawn at what is acceptable and not. Girlfriend and I went for supper and we both got quesadillas. She also got nacho fries, which were okay. I had gotten a spicy potato soft taco too, and I thought it was good, but back to the quesadillas. Both of ours were cold, unmelted cheese, chicken, and tortillas. Could not tell that it had seen a griddle. We tried our best to be nice and explain to them what was wrong, and they took it well and apologized. No big deal at all. But, then the replacements that they had given us were better, but still half cold/hot. At least the second tries were warm enough to be edible. Overall, I would recommend going to a different taco bell for now. Liked this one in the past, but will probably steer away from it for a little while before trying again.
