  They didn't give me my monopoly stickers and they messed up my burger. When I went to get it fixed I was greeted with "Whats Up?" In a rude tone. I won't make the mistake of stopping here again

  My small complaint is how they haven’t had the monopoly stickers on anything but promote it . My BIG complaint is the food hasn’t been good at any location since changing ownership. My food is ALWAYS dry and cooked hours before hand even though they will make you pull up and wait 15 minutes for old food. So tired of spending so much money for crap food. I guess that’s on me eating out and not cooking at home but you’d think they’d want return customers.

  I ordered a small Carmel frappe with a shot of espresso. When I received it , it had no espresso. You can taste and smell espresso and it had none . So I walked back in and after standing there for 3 minutes I finally caught there attention..I told them no espresso and she's looking at the cup for a sticker thats wasn't put on .. she takes it to the side and I hear another girl say its been added..she comes back and tells me it has and I told her there is no coffee taste at all .. she says well it will probably taste the same .. so she takes it and I hear the girl in the back say it will taste the same .. they bring it out and slams it on the counter and walks away ..and sure enough no espresso again..I paid for espresso and I had none . So I asked for a manager who was just as rude and tried arguing saying its going to taste the same and I know when espresso is added she says as she walks away .. they say the same thing once they are to the back.. it will taste the same.. and it did because they added No Espresso.. so I'll be calling the number to complain about the unprofessional staff.
