  The worst service ever with marcey today . I dont want to start my day with a frazzled mean lady . With anger on her face throwing my food down . I confront her and she says im horrible basically. I come here everyday and all the girls are so nice . Marcey you make me never want to come back here and give u any of my money

  Took forever for someone to take a order one employee pulled up next to me and had the radio loud enough that ordering was hard to hear then the machine didn't wanna work yo take payment and it's a good thing cause the food never showed up and I ended up leaving.

  My friend stopped in after a 12 hour work day because she has pregnancy induced hypoglycemia. She unfortunately arrived 10 minutes before closing and it was no surprise they were upset, mostly because they were cussing about her and at her, I guess they thought she couldn't hear. I understand being frustrated at work, but that was absolutely ridiculous. I'd give zero stars if I could.

  there so rude at the Southside location I went through the drive I had 3 adults and 3 children in my vehicle and I wanted to order 9 6"inch chili cheese dogs 2 for the adults and 1 for each kid they told me sorry we can't do that we don't want to over work our kitchen staff. Excuse me over work your kitchen staff there was no one else in line or in the parking lot! What kind of restaurant are y'all running? oh let me say this as well this ain't the first time the Southside has done this either. I had to drive all the way over to park ave to get our order and there was only like 3 people in that store and they had people in there parking lot and u know what they made our order and didn't complain at all so to the PARK AVE SONIC I GIVE YOU ALL 5 STARS ON ALL 3 categories now as for SOUTHSIDE on Irvin Cobb Drive 0!!!

  I use to be able to eat here. Now half the stalls are mobile pick up. Do you just now want people to come eat unless they use the app? I'm sure burger King appreciates it They now have my business. Please make it where you can pull in and order again
