I called them to let them know I was coming back. When I went back through the Drive Thru to get my food the employees didn’t apologize or provide any sort of customer service, there was no response. No communication. It made me feel like I was in the wrong for coming back to get the food. For a second I almost forgot that I PAID* for it. Not to mention when I got home, the nuggets were mixed (regular and spicy).. when I ordered a regular haha. I would’ve went back to the drive thru, but it’s literally no point. The food was not great. Cold fries, wet nuggets. I mean… do better lol.
