Napkins were everywhere, there was no ketchup in the dispenser. The entire section was a mess of spilled drinks, melted ice. Then a young kid comes up and places his shoes on the counter. I go to counter and inform the staff. After a 13 minute wait my warm food arrived. I look over and counter was still a mess. After eating I went and reported this to manager and looked back in the kitchen and it was in the same condition as the counter. This is a nice restaurant, but the management needs to find other employment opportunities. They clearly don’t know how to manage.
