When I got inside with my food, there were NO chips. I called the store and they argued that it was either a pickle or chips…of course they weren’t wrong. How pathetic. $20 for a sub and a pickle and some argument with an employee.

I liked my JJ before but after getting service from the other location, I LOVE the one on Lone oak road. The sandwich artists here take the job seriously. No sloppy sandwiches, no skimping, and quality work. Thank you for being amazing. I now know how good I have it with you guys
