Currently sitting in the drive thru line for going on 20 minutes at least with 4 cars still ahead of us. I'm not sure if they had to harvest the beans themselves or what but I'd say we probably won't be coming back anytime soon.

- CRCarolyn RidlonDec 9, 20252.0Google puts everything in my wife's name but I'm the husband. Coming from the west Coast we were thrilled to see Dutch Bros in Paducah. We have stopped for coffee twice and been well pleased but, you knew there would be a but, today we stopped and the wife got out to order at the window and stood in the cold as several people pulled in, got their orders and left. Apparently on line to go orders get priority over I'm standing here in the cold orders. If that's the way Dutch Bros plans to do business here then I'm sad.

Waited in line for thirty minutes in the outside lane and only one guy zig zagging to take orders from cars. We were finally next and not only did we get passed by once but twice for the inside lanes order to be taken (we was there way before the others in that lane) and even made eye contact with the guy taking orders. Suggestion is either train your employees to do alternating between the two lanes better or give up one lane if you can’t manage them both. Went to another coffee shop where my business is appreciated. What a shame.

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
