  Deleted my first review and wanted to add another 5 star. Parley is an amazing worker and I love him and all the other workers. This review is really mainly for some of these one star reviews I've seen. First of all, there's two lanes for the drive thru for a reason guys. Don't be mad if you go to the longer inside lane and the car who just pulled up in the outside lane gets their order taken first. Use the short lane so that you're also not backing up and blocking the parking lot. Mobile orders get first priority first because (let's say it together now) mobile orders exist so that your drink can be ready when you get there! Almost every fast food place utilizes this feature!! A reason why your drink might not be ready or even started when you get there is (let's use our eyes and brain) ITS BUSY!!! I've placed mobile ORDER AHEADS and it wasn't even started when I got there because well I used my eyes and saw it was very busy! If you're gonna write a one star review maybe use your brain first, read the review before you post it! Because I've seen some one star reviews that are honestly stupid and the customers fault because you don't use your brain. Let's say it for the ones in the back WE HAVE BRAINS FOR A REASON USE THEM GUYS!!! Now I do think they should have done the parking lot better but it's already not a big space for them where they're at. Thank you dutch bros workers, y'all are amazing and people are just stupid. I'm a restaurant server so ik ALLL about customers being stupid

  I really?Really want to give a 5 star.Because their coffee is really good and a lot of times their customer service is great! But that second line is some BS, i was in line first and someone got in the line to the right of me and had their order taken first , even though I had been waiting 5 minutes already... This kid jumps in front of me and orders eight coffees when I only had 1 to order... Even the customer in front of me thought that that was really messed up.. i don't know if I'll be coming back here anymore.As frequently as I have been because the split line kind of is bullshit.. and I was so upset about this ordeal that I just left with a small coffee when I ordered a large.... this was starting to become my favorite coffee shop.But now i'm i'm not\nSo certain anymore... which sucks , because a friend of mine works there.. but to have gotten my order wrong and my line placement wrong , and I waited over thirty minutes making me late for work... it's not worth it

  The staff was very nice and the coffee was perfect BUT holy moly what a disorganized mess! The place was pretty busy and I ordered ahead so I waited since it was clearly going to take longer then the 5 minutes the app said. At the walk up window there are people standing around with no clear line. I asked someone if they were in line to order they said yes so I waited behind them only for them to get their drink. I get in line Again give my name and they hadn't even started my drink...I've never been to a dutch bro that waits for the mobile order to arrive before they start making the drink....so after waiting 30 minutes for my drink that wasn't even being made I waited Another 20 minutes plus the 5 I wasted "in line". Very disorganized

  Today, tried the app for the first time and sadly disappointed in service. I stood and watched drive thru go around triple and another customer waiting just got a refund. I will never use the app again since obviously we were neglected for drive thru.

  The gentleman taking orders was very pushy. I told him I needed to look at the menu because it was my first time there, and his response was “do you really need to?” I said yes I am sure as he proceeded to say “well I’ll help this car and be right back” only to come back and try to take my order again before I could even pull up any. At this point I was just ready to leave and go to scooters across town rather than deal with him anymore as he moved inside to the window while looking at me the whole time, and it made me feel like he was waiting for me to get there to continue being snarky like it was a game to him. I wanted to leave the line, but couldn’t because it is a single file line so I had to wait just to not order and leave. Such bad service that I chose to drive back across town to scooters where they told me to scoot on around and served me my coffee with a smile and a thank you. I understand customer service can be hard, and everyone has their days, but nobody should harass a customer their first time there. Especially to the point of switching positions just to continue to harass someone.
