  There is an Amber P that works here always rude to a this older lady that comes in there in morning times. This old lady has complained about her service times to the lead manager and nothing is being done. And they have workers like gabby (17) smoking weed in the parking lot in front of the dollar store, and the outside smells horrible every time, there has also been call about two customers getting sick off of the food hash browns and the coffeee drinks due to the water source. Don’t promo. One employee Kendra even open a bag of the coffee beans with her mouth while a customer was standing there and the manager had to tell her to throw the product away. They don’t have good customer service especially when it is super busy on Jackson St.

  Atmosphere - as soon as you walk up to the door you are greeted with signage that due to pennies the bill will be rounded in favor of the store. Food - no powdered donuts, but you have powdered munchkins? Service - was not greeted at all when I walked in, stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before someone walking in and closing in greeted me. Upon that I asked if I could get one powdered donut and I am told it would be 15 minutes because she had to do payroll. How long does it take to shake some powder onto a donut? I do not understand why I couldn't have been served in a reasonable time frame? I guess it's easier to just not spend money there.

  Dunkin is my go-to Coffee shop! I usually just get a French Vanilla iced coffee but this time, I got a peppermint mocha and it was delicious! Staff is always friendly and kind!
