We set for 2 hours before our food came out. Food was ice cold! Dishes were piled up on tables and left for awhile before anyone cleaned it up. Felt so bad for waitress she was ready to cry! Had to send to go order back and the waitress never even asked a manager to come speak to our party or even gave a discount and part of our party didnt even get all there food.

Our soda was stale, my husbands mixer drink was made incorrectly, it took over 30min to get our food when there was maybe 10 tables in the whole building, and when we finally did get it, it was COLD! Our server never really checked in on us, looked at empty glasses and plates as she walked by and still let us sit, we watched her go into the order booth and sit there for a while before coming back out to just walk around and look busy. We were tempted to just walk out. We finally get her attention and she never asked anything about our experience but just brought us the check and it was another 10min before we finally got everything squared away. I’m sad with this location and the service we received, feel I over payed for the poor experience we received.

They were busy, and I understand multi tasking, but I was waiting to pay for my food and sitting there watching it get cold. The counter girl was phenominal thiugh, and it was NOT HER FAULT.
