  I don't know if my experience is a rare exception, but i come to this taco bell once a month maybe and its usually around noon to 3pm, but I rarely ever have any issues. My food is 90% of the time correct, the employees are always kind or at least neutral, i dont typically experience a long wait, the quality is fine, the parking lot is clean. I have never been inside, so i cannot speak to ordering at the counter or how the inside of the restaraunt is. If i compare this taco bell to the one in Mt Sterling (which i stopped going to a couple of years ago due to negative experiences) i would defintely choose this one.

  This place is slow and understaffed, there was one person making food while two others stood around and did nothing. I had placed a mobile order and they said it wasn't there for 10 minutes straight even though it was, it took over 40 minutes to receive two meals. The guy who was "working" the drive through and counter was rude to customers.

  So unprofessional and somehow never ever manages to get the order right. There is always something missing. I shouldn’t pay $30-$40 for dinner for my family if I’m only gonna get $20 worth of the stuff I ordered.

  There was hair in my food. There was a cockroach in my food. This place is nasty. This needs to be closed down immediately!! I hate this place so much!!
