    Pay cash and they automatically pocket the change without asking. That’s bs. I would tip but not if you’re going to steal it. What gives them the right to assume they can keep your change.

    Waited 20 min for mobile pick-up for my Healthcare Client, then went in to find out they hadn't even started the order. Got back to clients apt only to find some of order was missing. Sloppy, careless personal service!
