  The line was about 10 cars in the road blocking traffic an they were still was laughing taking pictures an apologized multiple times for the wait, we arrived at 1:40 an left at 2:30 but the food was some of the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had an well worth the wait. Any concerts I go to here at the Owensboro Sportscenter I will most definitely be back to this location! Thank you to the employees for the most amazing service at 2 o'clock in the morning, everyone deserves a raise in my eyes!

  I ordered my food and a large freeze, and I paid for it all, they gave me my food but not my freeze so i asked for it and they looked and said they were out and just stared at me like idiots. I said "okay well i want a refund just on the drink" mind you it was $1.20 so im thinking its no big deal right? One of the employees try to refund it and he failed so he went to go get a manager, and then the manager came and said "well I can offer some coupons for a free taco the next time" which I politely said no I just want my money, again in a pushy tone he asked if I'm sure I wouldn't rather just have a coupon or 2, you owe me a dollar and 20 cents, you're not losing much. I said no again, and he struggled on the register to give me back my money, then had to go to a kiosk, reorder it under the WRONG size, came back, asked for me to write my name and number on the receipt from the separate order and then proceeded to hand me $1.06, not $1.20. I didn't say anything because its only 14 cents, but Im pissed because you tried to push coupons onto me after several employees staring at me. Just quit your job if you cant do simple math.

  The food is alright. But we really gotta work on this whole rounding up thing. My order could be $7.01 and I'm pretty sure they would ask if I wanna round up to $8.00. No. Because that's not how rounding up works. Anything over .50 cents. Why a multi-million dollar company is asking me for donations is beyond me...but if you're gonna do it. At least go about it the right way. Please

  Went to the Parrish Ave store today. We walked in, placed our simple order at the kiosk, & waited to pay. There was absolutely no one in the store other than us. Several minutes later a man came in & ordered from the kiosk, & a female door dasher came in. Door dasher was the first to get her food. Eventually a very large woman came in & said she was back (apparently from break). She had an attitude from hell, slinging things around, & basically not doing anything. The 2 men on the back line were busy, and she just stood there complaining & slinging things. She was rude to her co-workers & kept giving us dirty looks. After waiting for 25 minutes, we finally got our order. Food was cold, & slapped together with no care. We could've went to a real Mexican restaurant, had our food faster, & paid less. Will NOT be returning to this store.
