  I’d like to know why my GRILLED CHEESE burrito was not GRILLED or have CHEESE on top of it? Is it really that hard to follow the steps for the job you signed up for? This happened at 10 pm 1/8/26.

  Place was disgusting. Staff was hateful and took almost 45 minutes to get our food. Was a joke could've sat down and ate at a real Mexican restaurant in the same amount of time. Only thing was the food tasted good.

  Ordered a crunchwrap supreme, it came with only lettuce and tomatoes. I went back to fix it and the replacement wasn't much better, just enough meat to say there was some technically.

  Bathrooms in really bad shape. Obviously not cleaned in regular basis. Men's bathroom had heavy urine smell, large pool of urine under urinal, towels in urinal, heavy calcium deposits in urinal. Toilet had many stains in it. The entire floor had napkins all over the floor. The food prep area was completely lacking cleanliness, with the floor being significantly dirty. The crew seemed to be upbeat, but there was a lot of standing around. One employee was singing very loudly, and was inappropriate for customer ears. Could use some basic food quality training, as it appeared to be lacking. I do not complain ever, however I am a senior leader in the food industry, and I understand the expectations of a customer in this industry. My observation is that there is a lack of managerial control.

  I enjoy Taco Bell on occasion, but this will be my last time ordering from this location. Ordered a Mexican pizza and the taste was very off. I think they may be using the same frying oil over and over because it was a very bitter, almost metallic taste.Normally, I wouldn't write a review on that alone but this location may need to be reinspected for health standards. Last time I entered the building, the floors were freshly mopped but very sticky and filmy. Whatever the floor had been mopped with, which I assume to be old water because it did not smell like cleaner at all, caused a terrible moldy odor when I walked in, causing me to walk right back out. Staff has always been nice so I did give an extra star.
