    Managers stood at front desk talking while they had a customer and while I was waiting on food of my order that was ready to go for five minutes they couldn’t find because they had already gave out so many orders. I’m happy they got nice employees because I would’ve been waiting for 10 minutes.

    This is a REALLY good Panera!! They NAILED my order, and it was perfectly cozy, hot, think, and delicious on a snowy day! The service was speedy and my order was ready right on time! They even had PERFRCT baguettes. Sometimes other Panera’s baguettes are a bit small or stale, but it was huge, fresh, soft, and perfect! I really appreciated this Panera!!

    What's up with the bad lettuce you all made me pick off my sandwich that I ordered to have ready at 6:15pm on 10/4/25 @ the Frederica St Owensboro, KY location 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Because lettuce shouldn't be brown like that.... Also a black bean soup really ought to be thicc enough to make me choke and call it mistress.
