Meaning, that by the end of the day the store has made a profit by stealing from the customer! Burger King is actually rounding in the customer favor. A multi million dollar company has found it acceptable to make even more money by stealing. Because let's face it, it's theft. It's only a few pennies (said a staff member), but do the math. 100 customers, .02¢/customer=$2.00×1,000 customers/week=$2,000extra/week. You just don't want to go to the bank and get more pennies. Also, I ordered a lasagna. There was absolutely no cheese. I have never gotten a lasagna that looked like this. Worst experience at Fazoli's ever!!! I am never eating there again! And the bread sticks were under cooked! Bleh
