  Not sure what came first, the AI enabled drive thru or the increase in wait time due to other service issues when using drive thru. Whatever the case, the consistent family meal we used to get has decreased significantly over the past year. Hate it too, because my kids love fazolis.

  2/27/2026 - It was crazy busy cars wrapped around, 3 spaces to park and 2 empty tables busy. We didn't have to wait long to order, there was only 1 family in front of us so that only took a few minutes. We didn't wait to sit, as soon as someone got up the table was cleaned, floors and bathrooms were clean as well. Our food was brought out hot and fresh in about 15 minutes. The food was very very good , everyone was friendly and really some of the best customer service we have gotten in Owensboro in quite awhile. I ended up ordering more food to take to my daughter, it was that good. It was pretty loud inside though as there were a lot of screaming kids but..... I want to say I appreciate the effort it took to make such an enjoyable meal, I know it wasn't easy as busy as you were but it was a nice , enjoyable meal. I will be eating here more often. Thank you. p.s. the cheesecake...enough said

  Amazing food and service. Im not sure if we just came in at a bad time. But the dinning area wasn't very clean. Most the tables where not clean, an still had dirty dishes on them. Some tables just hadn't been wiped down .

  "Due to a shortage of pennies, your orders will be rounded" , yeah, it's rounded in the stores favor, not the customer. Meaning, that by the end of the day the store has made a profit by stealing from the customer! Burger King is actually rounding in the customer favor. A multi million dollar company has found it acceptable to make even more money by stealing. Because let's face it, it's theft. It's only a few pennies (said a staff member), but do the math. 100 customers, .02¢/customer=$2.00×1,000 customers/week=$2,000extra/week. You just don't want to go to the bank and get more pennies. Also, I ordered a lasagna. There was absolutely no cheese. I have never gotten a lasagna that looked like this. Worst experience at Fazoli's ever!!! I am never eating there again! And the bread sticks were under cooked! Bleh
