  My husband and I ate the other day for lunch and it was the best roast beef and crinkle fries we've had compared to any of the locations weve tried numerous times. It was fresh and the fries weren't soaked in grease and the cheese sauce was very good! The others do not compare..the management was very nice and it was clean! Will definitely be a place we go back to.

  The new deal for 9.99 was pretty good, the customer service was amazing. For the price it could be a little more added but overall it was good.

  ARBY in Owensboro, Parrish Ave this week. The gal that took my order was great! Yes, I contacted the restaurant and contacted Coperate also! Applause !

  I tried the new special and was disappointed with the initial order. The fries, cheese sticks, and sandwiches were cold, and the drink was much smaller than I expected. That said, the manager was very nice and promptly replaced the fries and sandwiches with hot ones, which I appreciated. He also offered either a refund or replacement for those items, which was good customer service. However, in my opinion, the entire box should have been replaced since most of it arrived cold. The only items that were warm from the original order were the peach dessert and the jalapeno bites. Once the hot food was replaced, it actually tasted pretty good. Still, due to the overall experience, we probably won’t be back for a while.
