I was so excited to hear that it was coming to Owensboro and have NOT been disappointed in the slightest! Customer is impeccable and the employees are always smiling and truly care for their customers which is such a rarity in this industry! I told the server that that’s not what I ordered, but she never offered to correct it. What was more disappointing is that the drink was basically a cup full of ice and water with very little chai. We also ordered a milkshake and it was basically chocolate ice. In the end, I paid $15 to drink mildly flavored ice/water. Sorry, but I won’t be back.
