  Heavyset girl at druve through window very poor customer service. Had to repeat things several times and she was rude and discourteous. I will NOT be back to this one.

  Got there no one was at front counter for a good 7-10 minutes. Our food set on transfer bin while she waited on everyone in drive thru. Food was hot but my coffee was luke warm said it was because I added creamer but I work fast food and adding creamer wouldn't have any bearing on the coffee temp to that degree. Service was friendly and helpful. It was nice and clean but it was very very cold. And it was actually warmer outside than it was outside. 61F outside.

  I pulled into Dairy Queen‘s drive-through window behind two other vehicles 35 minutes before closing time. The vehicles in front of me got waited on and when I got up to the menu, nobody ever said anything for five minutes, so I drove on around to the window and a young lady came to the window and said we’re closed because the ice cream machine quit working! That is ridiculous! She closed right in front of me and there was no one behind me at the time. I believe that young lady needs to go back through basic training.

  UPDATE...So, i got an email asking tonplease give this loaction another try. I did. Big mistake. Went through drive through and ordered, again, 2 large twost cones. Girl repeated lrder to me and i confirmed. Got to the window and the guy again confirmed my order, I paid and THEN they tell me they have no chocolate ice cream and CANNOT refund my money. Only a manager can do a refund. No manager was there. So, in essence, I paid for something they didn't have but they failed to tell me until after they took my money. Only to tell me I can come back tomorrow to get my refund when someone is there to do it. You got my last order. I'll go to wonder whip or the dipper. 2 times this week! Went for ice cream cone and was told they didn't have chocolate ice cream and couldn't do a twist cone. Went back tonight and they said only one flavor at a time and couldn't do a twist cone. Seriously Dairy Queen, you have 1 job...ice cream. Get it together. There are too many ice cream places in this area and you would think that you would do all you can to get the business. This is NOT the forst time this has happened but I can assure you it will be the last!
