  We haven’t ate at Buffalo Wild Wings in a while because the service wasn’t always the best, but my husband and I and a group of friends came out to give it another shot. We were greeted and sat quickly. The waitress was at our table very quick as well. The restaurant was pretty busy but the food still came out at a timely manner and hot. Tori, our waitress, was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to answer any questions we had. She made sure our drinks stayed full and our table stayed well kept despite how busy she was with all of the tables in the dining room full. She seemed very sociable with all her tables and I didn’t notice a single table upset with food or service. She was quick on her feet and made sure everybody was satisfied. She has changed our minds about service at the Buffalo Wild Wings and we will DEFINITELY be back to see Tori. Very sweet young lady.

  Tori was an amazing server our food came out hot and our drinks never ran low. She was sweet and kind the whole time

  We went to visit on March 17th. I am usually pretty lenient with service staff, I know its tough especially on busy days. However, on this day it was absolutely terrible. The waitress was very slow, and when pressed would blame everyone else, the bar was too slow, the kitchen is slow, anything to deflect. Then you look in the window and it was clear the kitchen wasn't the problem, with a window FULL of food waiting to be taken to tables. Our appetizer was great. Fresh to the table in a reasonable time but it went down hill bad after that. I got a burger my girlfriend some wings. I got my burger, cold, and twenty minutes later she got her wings, they were cold, rubbery and not very good. The waitress said we can remake them or credit you. They took off some not all. We asked for a beer refill it took 15 minutes to get. I asked for a drink refill it took even longer and had to ask two more times. Then just gave up when I never got it. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had at BWW, and I likely won't be going back after that. Just disappointed in the service and how they handled it, or didn't handle it is more like it.

  Spent $31 and never got asked my phone number nor anything to get my reward points; when I asked if she needed my number she told me it was too late sorry and walked off. She was more focused on talking to the the people down from us. I will ask for someone else to wait on us if we are ever seated where she is working. Completely pissed me off, just the too late sorry!
