  They don't care about customer needs and services. They have to serve what customer ordered but they don't. They served allergic item which i don't ordered, i ordered vegetarian and they served with meat. Customer's health saftey must be important.

  We go there and ordered vegetarian they served foods with meat with which we allergic, so bad service. Be careful guys. When we complained staff was yell at us.

  The store doesn’t care if you have any allergies they don’t care about your health not even manger care shows attitude towards the customer if they complain. Don’t recommend ordering at this place. Take care of your health please don’t waste your money by spending it on this place.

  So I ordered through the app I make sure that everything is how I want it. I’m ordering for me and a few other people get home. Have you being gone all day to a messed up order and not a little messed up I messed up. They could’ve actually killed me. OK call them. Let’s see if they make it right then just mess up mine they messed up somebody else’s call them. I explained to him what’s wrong. Explain to them why it needs to be fixed manager tells me sure the manager will says we will fix it. Come on in. I have my husband go back in grabs the order the remake they’re expecting him. He brings it home and they still got it wrong now I called them back. He says well he can come back and we will remake it again. Are you kidding me? I’m not only gave you the order number. Explained to you exactly what was wrong he even brought in the food that was wrong and you still proceed to make it wrong and you expect us to come back in at 1040 at night no no other thing oh well we can put in a book. Nothing else I said why did it get made wrong again oh well that person already went home. I’m not sure why that’s great if you’re training them, which is what he said why I got made wrong the first time then you would think you would watch them the second time for a remake he didn’t seem to care I can’t do avocado it’s on that list of allergies. It’s not rocket science I minus it off the stuff so it would not be touched yet. It was on both of them the original that they messed up which was that chicken bacon ranch cheesy Chalupas Street taco ones and whatever this remake burrito thing is which was nowhere near what I ordered. The unprofessionalism of this manager, the outright does not caring not trying to train his people right I have never had a problem with this establishment until tonight and I tell you what don’t go there don’t go there at night at least because certainly they are not gonna get it right they do not care who’s it for they do not care if they kill you at this point. I’ve never been so disappointed do better Taco Bell do better.

  The past 2 times we have gone, almost our entire order has been messed up. I feel as if paying extra for items would mean that we get it and not be discarded. Having an allergy shouldn't mean we cant get what we pay for. When I try to call to see if it can be made right, the phone gets picked up and immediately hung up.
