I really really wish this was not the review I was going to leave today, but here it goes.
First of all I used the drive thru, the guy at the window not only took an exponentially long time to take my order (and let me tell you, they were not busy) but once I got to the window to pay he had zero life in him, I mean this guy was closer to a corpse than a living human being, secondly he clearly didn't know what he was doing. He asked me to pull into a parking spot to wait, so I did. He came out around 10 minutes later, attempted to give me a bag that was not mine, but the person's parked next to me. He then asked what I ordered and I handed him the receipt. About 15 minutes and multiple other cars later, a nice woman comes out with my food and asks if I ordered the fries with no salt, to which I stated yes. She hands me the bag and apologizes for the wait. Ok cool, I appreciate the effort.
Once I get home and begin to feed my family, everyone says there IS salt on the french fries, to which I confirmed, very salty french fries. Not a moment later, I take a bite of a mclfurry that my VERY YOUNG CHILD was eating, and bite something HARD. A PIECE OF PLASTIC was inside of this mcflurry (please see photo) PLASTIC. INSIDE. ICE CREAM.
I am just completely disgusted. How hard is it? We all know McDonald's isn't "good" food. We all know a lot of it is frozen/premade/reheated. But sometimes life gets busy and we all just need a quick bite to eat.
Is it too much to ask to not have to wait almost just as long as an actual restaurant and to NOT have plastic from unknown sources end up in the food?

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. If I would have known there was a 30 plus minute wait before I paid, I wouldn’t have ordered. Never again.

Every time I go to this location, they're always either out of caramel frappe's, or they use the, "Our machine is broken" excuse. A district manager needs to inspect this location.

Went this morning to get 2 steak egg and cheese bagels. There wasn't a line in the drive thru but I got pulled for 15 minutes. My frappes were melted when they brought it out to me and one of my bagels was only and egg and cheese bagel. For being the only one there and waiting as long as I did, I expected better service.

I really wish I could find anything great at all to say about this McDonald’s but it has consistently disappointed time and time again. The drive thru staff during the day are incredibly rude, and you would think they haven’t had any sort of proper customer service training, as they can’t even say a single word when they open the window, they simply stick their hand out the window with a blank stare on their face. Not even a “have a nice day”, or “here you are”, They shouldn’t work customer service, if they can’t at least fake it. I have had good experiences with the overnight crew, which can justify a star, and the morning crew at times, but almost never during the mid shift or afternoon. The food quality is far below that of any other location in the area. Nuggets are usually burnt and sandwiches are sloppy. If you are looking to get your food quickly, go somewhere else. There is nothing fast about this location, I’ve waited at times for 15-20 minutes which is typically the normal wait time, up to 45 minutes, and at its worst I have walked out without my food due to the excessive wait times, sit down restaurants are faster than this. If you go through the drive thru, they will only help one customer at a time, and tell the person at the speaker to wait for several minutes before letting them speak. 90% of the time, you will be asked to pull forward for reasons unknown. If you go inside to sit down, you won’t be noticed, and I promise there is no point placing your order ahead, you will wait just as long as everyone else. The only thing that this McDonald’s has going for it is location convenience, and even that is questionable when you can go right down to exit 1 in Clarksville, or exit 87 in oak grove, and get 10x the experience and quality in every measurable category. By far the only location in the area that is rarely enjoyable, and dare I say the worst overall McDonald’s I have ever been to.
