This morning I walk in and they had literally turned the coffee pot up and poured it into a cup and put ice on it. When I showed her the picture she started throwing a fit yelling this is plain iced coffee and if I had wanted something different then I should have said so. I pointed the picture to her and said “ma’me I order this all over the US, I’ve never had it come like this before”
