  I think this was the worst food experience I have ever had. First I put into the drive thru and immediately get hit with "Can i help you?" in the most awful tone. get rushed through ordering me and my mom a drink. Second we get to the window and i thought it was going to be okay. I paid and then when the lady was handing us the drinks I ask her which one is the one with the extra limes and she just points at it and glares at me like im dumb. I take the drinks and drive away. They are not carbonated like they should be, my mom's taste like water and she got no lime or lime flavor in her limeade. The machines must be broken or these people don't know how to make limeades.

  If I could leave zero stars, I would. I made a pick up order for three slushies and one soda, and when I went to go pick it up the employee told me they were sold out of redbull slushies. Then told me he couldn’t give me a refund and told me to contact the 1-800 number, and when I did that they only offered me a $5 gift card and couldn’t even get it to me because they claimed my email wasn’t in their app. I will never be going to a sonic ever again.

  As I was waiting for my food at the drive-thru window last night, I could see that the guy handling and cooking my food was NOT wearing gloves. I hadn't yet paid, and I left to go to another place. I will NOT be returning to this Sonic.

  February 13, 2026 I encountered the most rude and bothered employee. I had ordered through the mobile app which they advertise and when I asked the stall how to receive that order they were extremely bothered. We to into the drive thru to receive the order and were again approached by a bothered attitude. It was impressively rude for a fast food restaurant.

  Order cheesebuger combo meal and a chili cheese dog combo meal when got to motel to eat only had cheesebuger and 2 order of tottno dog not happy.
