  After looking at other peoples picture's, I'm not sure what happened with my order because theirs look normal. It seems like they changed the crust. The original used to be a nice, perfect thickness with a chewiness to it. The order I recently received was SO thin, no chewiness. The cheese bread was the same odd, dry texture. It's like they made it so thin that there was no inner section of crust and only a thin outer layer. The pan pizza didn't have an outer edge crust at all either which I found odd. It was like a pile of dough with toppings piled on top, I don't know how else to describe it. Has the special garlic sauce also been changed? Overall, it is not the Papa John's I remember and I was disappointed. As far as service, the delivery driver was very kind, and the app is easy to use with decent deals.

  This staff and the delivery driver Alan were so sweet! My delivery ordered was supposed to be no contact but we totally forgot to put that, and my car got stuck in the ice. And when I called I explained what happened they came back out and dropped it off! It was something so small that meant so much when I was already stressed! Thank you so much for the sweet gesture! Always my favorite location

  They really are giving out emotional support pizzas!❤️ I was always a Pizza Hut girl, but this newer staff at Papa Johns has given me reason to switch to them! The blonde young lady has been there every time I order and get the best pizza, shout out to her for making sure it is fresh and made exactly as ordered❤️
