One guy at the drive thru kinda just spins circles and looks lost every time lol poor guy. Can you guys just get it right please?

Staff will ignore you for 27 plus minute even flagging them down and the staff laughs about it amongst each other even management. Food is always cold, dining room always filthy even at 5am when they open, bathrooms are gross. The staff laugh
