I gave him our order for a very important work meeting and told him the time i would need it. Not only did he go above and beyond with just customer respect, he made our order to perfection, labeled everything, and accommodated the special requests. He EVEN helped me with carrying the bags. A pure gentlemen. You all better hold on to him because I'd really like him to work for us! :) VERY IMPRESSED! 100 out of 10 score! HOLD HIM TIGHT and PROMOTE HIM - you won't be disappointed!

I told her I had given the coupon to the first staff member. She looked around and found a coupon for two sandwiches, worth $12, next to the cash register. Since I ordered three sandwiches, she attempted to charge me $26. I explained that the two-sandwich coupon wasn’t mine and that my coupon was for three sandwiches. She insisted, “This is clearly the coupon you gave me.” I was shocked, as I had no prior interaction with her. The first staff member overheard, rushed over, and handed her my correct coupon. She didn’t apologize and acted as if nothing had happened. If she had said sorry, I wouldn’t have written this review.
