A lot of reviews on here are talking about the service and how the staff treat customers, I need you guys to know that more than half of the old staff is now gone, there are new and kinder ones who are here to help you out without a problem.

She said they’d remake it only if we returned the original one so they could throw it away. Which whatever okay but my boyfriend licked the straw and we both had a couple sips from it. She hands us back the milkshake with no whip cream (which was previously on it), and the straw still in it and the same swipe mark from my finger from it overflowing. Very clearly just mixed something in with the milkshake we originally had and handed it back to us.
