  Arrived at 11:55 and waited till 12:05 to order a crowd arrived behind me and the person who took my order began mumbling about everyone arriving at the same time and griping about a crowd. He identified himself as the manager and I asked him if I should go elsewhere. I do not know who owns this store but I am quite sure they want the business and need it but this guy is griping about being busy. Not sure I will be back and if he needs help the owner needs to step up. Very bad experience

  Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my order the manager, Natasha, told me I wasn't allowed to have my service dog in her restaurant. She was quite rude but the cool guy that was working with her just kept on making my sandwich and I paid and left. It's overwhelming how ignorant people can be these days.

  We live 3 miles from this store but yet no delivery to us. Not sure how you can not deliever to a subdivision 3 miles down the road but call yourselves a sammich delivery.
