Not sure why Nicholasville has two dairy Queens when one of them always has issues. Went through the drive-thru I was the only person there, ordered the four piece tossed wing barbeque with onion rings. Go to the window and paid and they asked me to pull around front. Waited for 20 minutes before going inside and asking where my food was. They acted as if the order didn't exist and even though they had 5 employees working at the time they were all just standing around. Machine was out of ice in the lobby and an older gentleman stood and waited for at least 10 minutes before he was even acknowledged. That place is a joke!!

Terrible service!! They are super stingy with blizzard ingredients. My husband went to pick us up blizzards and both barely had any blizzard cookie/sprinkles or icing pieces in it after the first layer & we got mediums! So a whole bunch of vanilla ice cream is what they gave us. Waste or money, FALSE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS! For what they charge the ingredients should be mixed all the way through!!! Very Disappointed!!! 😡

This was the worst experience that I've ever had at Dairy Queen in my life. Not only were the employees really rude but The banana splits that we bought were horrible. The bananas were old, there was barely any ice cream and hardly no whip cream. I asked for extra cocoa fudge and got charged for it but they didn't put any extra fudge in at all. I will not be going back to this Dairy Queen again

Didnt go in. Drive thru only. In my past experiences with this DQ, I've never had an issue. They are always very friendly .

$45 for "PUBLIC POOL FOOD" and not one sauce for less than $1.00. Just went here and spent $45.00 for 3 chicken boxes, totalling (18) chicken fingers and when I asked for 1 honey mustard they said it would cost $1.00 for each sauce. Then when I asked why I couldn't have one honey mustard when I just bought (18) chicken fingers, they said they are ran by corporate and they make them charge that much for one sauce. After some research...most and if not this one are all franchises and they control the pricing of things like condiments, it is actually the corporate ran Dairy Queens that don't charge for things like condiments. Further research has shown that most Dairy Queens that do charge for condiments only charge 25 cents for ranch and 50 cents for honey mustard, highest prices I could find were 80 cents for honey mustard, and only do so to offset delivery service fees, so it's safe to say this place is taking advantage of Nicholasville citizens. This place is a rip off and the owners are to blame. Managers seem to have their hands tied and can't make decisions without "Corporate".
JUST GO SOME PLACE ELSE AND SUPPORT A REAL JESSAMINE OWNED BUSINESS THAT CARES, MANGERS TOLD ME THIS LOCATION IS RAN BY "CORPORATE"...at least go to the 900 South Main Dairy Queen location, pretty sure they are NOT corporate ran and are a local franchise, it's only a few miles away.
Call me crazy but I thought the chicken finger was the delivery system for the sauce, especially honey mustard.
