- GDGianna Dillon2 days ago1.0I was here January 10th, at 5PM and the skinny lady working here had the absolute worst attitude, and was extremely rude when people asked about cross contamination and serious food allergies. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. it was very hard to watch and me and my co workers walked out. this is disgusting behavior she is making people who ask nicely feel terrible and uncomfortable. This is sad, do better!!!!
- JBJason Burkybile3 days ago1.0What a horrid first impression at this new location. Ordered online and got there at exact pickup time. Was told there was no protein and that they had to cook a batch. They asked me to pull around and wait, twice! I finally got SOME of my food I paid for, they of course had no chips after my 35 minute wait. Got home to eat it and it’s the toughest steak ever, had to break out a steak knife. Terrible.
- DCDavid Caz5 days ago5.0I understand it’s a new store. Here is what I have to say. The store is wonderful and honestly has a good amount of people working in the store to keep up the pace. The atmosphere is welcoming and the food tastes great. Now my only complaint is it’s a tiny bit pricey but that’s now days. The windows don’t have shades so it gets a little toasty in there but besides everything else. It’s still somewhat new. Give it some time. It’ll improve. It’s worth trying
- KGKady GrimesJan 2, 20261.0I’m really not someone who likes to complain, but here I am. I placed a pickup order that was scheduled to be ready at 1:10 PM. I arrived a few minutes early at 1:06, and it was already ready, which I appreciated. The gentleman at the cashier position with glasses was super nice and very helpful. However, when I got my food, it was completely cold... not just lukewarm, but cold to the point it was almost not edible. For a place that is this new, I was honestly surprised and disappointed. I just wanted to share this feedback so it can hopefully be improved moving forward.
- EWEd WhiteDec 30, 20253.0This review is for the new Chipotle on the Nicholasville Bypass. We stopped in at just after noon on Sunday December 28th. There were quite a few customers in the dining area however we walked right up to the order line with no waiting. We ordered a bowl that matched one of the menu photos! Our order was made perfectly. The portion was substantially large. Large enough I split it with my wife. The food was quite good. Now the bad! This is a brand new location and they are already not paying attention to keeping it clean! Every (open) table in the store was dirty! There was food and trash on the floor under tables. The trash cans were literally overflowing out the top of the receptacle! There seemed to be quite a few staff behind the counter, but noone keeping the lobby clean! This is simple unacceptable!
