My husband and I walked in at 9:10… waited until 9:18pm to be even talked to. Started off by stating she was out of half of their food. While watching her fix 3-4 orders before ours. We were first in line there were 3-4 other people working just staring at us.
Then completely embarrassed us. She asked me what we wanted I had to tell her twice “ 2 bowls one chicken and one carnitas please” then she slammed the bowl down and said “ so a bowl” my husband looked over and said no we’re leaving. Then she states “ I guess you aren’t getting anything and laughed”
HORRIBLE customer service, HORRIBLE atmosphere. There was barely ANY food to choose from an hour before closing. Unacceptable and that young women serving the line should be highly embarrassed - she seemed to be the night shift person in charge.

The drive up employee at the window on 3/11 at 7:15 ish was absolutely annoyed to have to do her job. She ignored me while she made another order then asked my name without greeting, handed me a bag and went back to making another order. Literally half my order was missing from the bag. I told her I missing a lot. She didn't answer, so I said it again and she snapped at me saying "I'm coming back" in a snotty, inpatient tone. Then found the entire other bag that goes to my order. No apology. I checked that bag and found we were missing chips. I had to call her again, which really annoyed her and she gave me the chips with obviously suppressed irritation, no apologies. Why is she working there? She clearly hates her job and any customers who bother her with the task of getting what they paid for.

Absolute appalling customer service by the LEAD employee at 7:10 tonight. Black hair young lady running the front register. Lied about not having any sour cream when you could clearly see they had it in the back. Slammed the food down and complained to the other employees about us asking for sour cream. Yelled at us on the way out. MANAGEMENT- please watch the cameras. I will be calling the general manager first thing in the morning. I know how these employees are as I own a business in the mall.

not sure if it’s because of newly constructed store, but this is beyond unacceptable. Not only that, staff was extremely rude, no smiles, nothing. Staff constantly made rude and bullying remarks about customers as if we cannot hear. Music was way too loud. I came here 10:40AM, skinny woman yelled and said we are not opened… ok? The food was already there and no one looked busy, could’ve easily served me on time. Also, as I drove into parking lot, the same skinny woman was in the car with a bearded man playing loud music and looking like “””tickling””” one another.. if you know what I mean. Very unprofessional and repulsive behavior from staff. I won’t be recommending to anyone.

I have eaten at this location at least once a week since it opened. EVERY time i have ordered on doordash the PICK UP option and came through the drive thru and picked up, no problem. Today the girl at the window told me " all doordash orders have to come inside" I responded that i am not a door dasher, it was just a pick up order for myself, so she then proceeded to storm across the hall, snatch by food up and shoved it out the window at me while saying "sorry policy is policy." Point one, she broke the "policy", point two this took her less then 30 seconds to do by the way. Not ever do i have an issue with "policy" but this "policy" has never been mentioned to me before. The drive thru option is there for pick up orders, is it not? Her attitude was what did it for me. & Now I'd really just rather not eat there anymore which is crazy, because like i said i eat here weekly. Tell your employees if they can't give acceptable service with a smile then they should work in the kitchen where they aren't seen or dealing with the public. I have been a waitress for 12 years so for me to complain on someone's service is a BIG deal because i give grace having worked in the service industry myself.
