12/18/25 this is the 2nd time this week that we have visited this Brannon crossing location in the evenings and the food was not edible both times. The potato cakes where hard as a rock and the meat was very dry. We eat Arby's at least twice a week but I believe we'll be visiting the tatescreek rd location for a while. That location has never disappointed us. The Brannon crossing location is just more convenient for us.

They forgot part of the order for my daughter. After I called they only gave me an option to come back for the food. Once I did go back the lady who handed me my food told me I was mistaken that she gave it to me. I asked why it was so hard to make sure before an order was handed to anyone that each item couldn’t be verified in the bag and got no response other than they were short staffed. I did only see 3 people there but if it’s that bad shut the doors and be done. Don’t cheat your customers out of food they paid for!!!
