  Absolutely terrible. Show up 10 minutes after they open and they barely have anything ready to serve. They have yesterday's brown guacamole out, no queso, and the steak is undercooked. Another restaurant falls victim to the curse of Nicholasville

  We ordered a couple of steak bowls. The meat was tough and rubbery, and the portions were very small, my wife even had to ask them to give her a proper full serving The service was efficient, nothing outstanding, but not bad either

  Two days ago on Thursday the 26th, I stopped by this location over 45 minutes before close. I work late and drove specifically to this location to get food because it was close to my house. Not many healthy alternatives are open around 8 PM so I made the specific trip to this chipotle. When I got there over 45 minutes before close, I noticed that most of the employees were sitting at the tables eating. When I tried to go up to the door, they informed me that they decided to close early. One of the younger girls there was not friendly about the situation and acted as though having the conversation with me about closing was an inconvenience to her. At the time I left there were three additional cars pulling into the parking lot who also would have been rudely turned away. I get things happen, and I try not to stop somewhere close to closing time, but when you expect a chain to be open and you are rudely told they decided to close early so (presumably they could eat instead) it’s off putting.

  My favorite location so I come here a lot for lunch. Chose to get dinner around 5:40PM yesterday - BIGGEST mistake ever. The difference between afternoon and night workers is disgusting and a disgrace. All the workers had attitudes. ZERO smiles and very pathetic customer service. Management should consider hiring new people. Three girls took care of our order… The very tall one with black hair had the most WRETCHED attitude of them all. No smile, hateful glare full of malice. It was like she was putting evil curses into our food before we could even eat it. I pray that your heart softens. Here’s some advice young lady: If you hate people so much, why don’t you go to the back and get new items to replace the dried up crusty mess you guys call “food” .. or even better idea - focus on cleaning up the nasty restaraunt. The soda area was revolting. Floors unswept. Tables foul. Trash cans were packed until the brim. I don’t know how they even scored 100 with the health inspector 🤢.. Will never be returning for dinner, only lunch.

  Absolute appalling customer service by the LEAD employee at 7:10 tonight. Black hair young lady running the front register. Lied about not having any sour cream when you could clearly see they had it in the back. Slammed the food down and complained to the other employees about us asking for sour cream. Yelled at us on the way out. MANAGEMENT- please watch the cameras. I will be calling the general manager first thing in the morning. I know how these employees are as I own a business in the mall.
