  On 3/25/26 I visited the Brannon Crossing Arby’s. It will most definitely be the last. I asked the drive thru attendant for a fish sandwich and she said”what fish are you talking about?” I proceeded to explain the 2 for $7 special that was listed on the board. When I got to the window she barely looked up from her phone to speak to me. Once she did she told me that they were waiting on the curly fries I had ordered and to move around to the side door and they would bring my food to me when it was ready. I did as she asked and waited and waited and waited! Finally after 10 minutes I went in to get my food it was sitting on the counter. The three girls were sitting in back on their phones and I could barely get one of them to come to the counter so I could get my food. When I asked to speak to the manager on duty they looked at each other and just giggled. One finally came forward and said she was the manager. When I complained about the food getting cold she didn’t seem concerned. All three were completely inattentive, unhelpful and unprofessional! Arby’s should cherish my $20 because it will be the last! This is my second unfortunate experience at this location in two weeks. Avoid at all costs!

  AWFUL! Went through the drive thru last night, fries were old, cold and hard. Chicken tenders looked like they had been recooked 3 times, OLD AND HARD!!!! The mozzarella sticks was the only thing fresh, the chicken sandwich and Ruben was so disgusting you couldn’t even eat it. If I’m paying $40 for all this food I would like it fresh and hot! And the person that was waiting on us was RUDE!!! I kept trying to call last night but unfortunately you can get through. I will NEVER be back!!

  Food really sucked tonight. My husband was told that they no longer put crispy onions on the Smokehouse Brisket. The receipt said we asked for no crispy onions. Most of the cheese was on the side of the box. And the sandwich was COLD! So cold!!

  12/18/25 this is the 2nd time this week that we have visited this Brannon crossing location in the evenings and the food was not edible both times. The potato cakes where hard as a rock and the meat was very dry. We eat Arby's at least twice a week but I believe we'll be visiting the tatescreek rd location for a while. That location has never disappointed us. The Brannon crossing location is just more convenient for us.

  They forgot part of the order for my daughter. After I called they only gave me an option to come back for the food. Once I did go back the lady who handed me my food told me I was mistaken that she gave it to me. I asked why it was so hard to make sure before an order was handed to anyone that each item couldn’t be verified in the bag and got no response other than they were short staffed. I did only see 3 people there but if it’s that bad shut the doors and be done. Don’t cheat your customers out of food they paid for!!!
