  Sat in the drive thru for 5 mins at the speaker, no one took my order, said hello multiple times. Pulled up to the window, sat there for 5 mins, no one came over the window, yet the employee had her headset on. Pulled around again to give them a second chance, still no response. Spoke with another woman, who had the same experience, she ended up going inside and the employees stared at her like she was dumb. Now sitting in the parking lot, while another customer is sitting at the window blasting the horn. Absolutely no response. WTH. Cold Spring Panera - 4/8/26. Shame on your employees.

  Standard Panera food with exceptionally slow service, writing this from the drive through, which has been my home for almost half an hour despite only one other car in line ahead of us.

  The MANAGER and the CREW on the afternoon shift that powered thru that lunch rush like nothing are such great bunch! I came on Sunday 02/08 at 12:30pm and shared a good lunch here with my girlfriend. Whole crew was super nice, and they did everything perfectly by the book! Food was always hot tasty, everything was stocked, (even the liquid pumps) and it came out faster than you can spell Panera backwards. Eyes were always on the prize when I peeked behind the counter. Coming from a previous business owner, Hats off!

  I remember when you first opened. The bread used to be the size of the knife handle.. now look at the size. Smaller portions and cost more.
