    I was going to order delivery, but it was way too expensive with all the extra added fees, so I decided to order pick up. I am so glad I did! The food was so fresh and hot, no errors or missing items, hot fries! I didn't have more than a 3 minute wait, and the customer service was so nice. Just wanted to say thank you to this particular Wendy's for making my 12 hr shift at work tonight a bit more tolerable! 😀

    We placed a pickup order for drive-thru. After sitting at the window being stared at by 3 people for over 5 minutes, they told us they didn’t have our order and we must have placed it at the wrong location, we checked and we didn’t. Next they told us it was accidentally set at the carry out and someone else took our order so there was nothing they can do, expecting us to just drive away. After sitting there more the manager comes to the window and again says we must have placed it at the wrong location, which we didn’t. She immediately comes back and hands us a meal and says they just sat it at the wrong counter this entire time. This food is not our order. It is completely cold and the drink was flat. This used to be the best Wendy’s around. Not sure what happened.

    Ordered online from this location didn’t get any of the food I ordered. Came back inside to get it and the MANAGER even knew she didn’t give it to me and read off everything I didn’t get and now I have to wait 20 more minutes for them to make it correctly. But want to be paid more than 12$ an hour. It’s laughable really.
