Forgets all condiments- you call and they act like they don’t know how to “make it right” Ida was passive aggressive and has 0 customer service instinct. Already had to go back around for one missing thing and then, get home and have even more items missing. It’s snowing and I have the flu so of course I will not be going back for the missing items.

Went inside during evening rush hour. No one in line inside. Waited several minutes with employees walking by not saying anything. A lady leaving her shift tried to get the manager’s attention that there was a customer waiting and they blew her off. I left. Will have to cross this Wendy’s off of my list.

Every time I go through the drive through I ask for ketchup for my fries, and every time they don’t give me ketchup or even ask. Who eats plain fries? Nobody. Just throw some ketchup in every damn bag, no questions asked.
