  Tonight was the first time I have ever had an issue at this location. I got 2 frosty, a drink, and some food. At the pick up. While the employee that was handing me my drinks I asked if I could get a drink carrier. He started handing me a drink so I passed it back. He grabbed another drink and tried to hand it off. I repeated the words “drink carrier”. He took out his headphones. I repeated myself one more time. He understood and started grabbing it. Here comes the other worker that was next to him. She was huffing mad and pushed the other worker away to yell more at me while grabbing the drink carrier. She yelled in a very rude tone that I was being rude. Nothing in my tone was rude to the first employee. The lady in question was somehow irate I asked for a drink carrier more than once to an employee and she took that as me being rude.

  It's fast food but the lines where slow and food is just what you expect from fast food

  I went through the drive thru and Jaelynn was the sweetest and she has a positive attitude!!

  Every single time I go through the drive-through I have to stop my car and make sure everything is in the bag because there’s always something missing. It’s completely ridiculous.

  Forgets all condiments- you call and they act like they don’t know how to “make it right” Ida was passive aggressive and has 0 customer service instinct. Already had to go back around for one missing thing and then, get home and have even more items missing. It’s snowing and I have the flu so of course I will not be going back for the missing items.
